Avocado juice is very good for your health, but it does contain a large amount of monounsaturated fat which is quite dense with calories, so eat (or drink) in moderation.
Juicing avocados is not as healthy as eating them whole, however. The juicing process removes all of the insoluble fiber which is helpful in moving the bowels and keeping the digestive system on schedule.
The good news about avocado juice is that it is very low in sugar when compared to other types of fruit juice, and it scores quite well on the glycemic index. Avocado is low in simple carbohydrates and high in fats.
Avocados are well known as one of the healthiest foods on earth and are thus included in many lists of health super foods. Whether you eat them whole or juiced, you will receive and benefit from a wide range of nutrients.
