If you really believe that eating avocado will melt the belly fat right off of your midsection then you are very gullible, quite frankly. It amazes me the different kinds of foods and pills that various “experts” claim can “burn belly fat.”
You need to understand that there is no food or medication that can specifically target belly fat and make it disappear. It is medically and biologically impossible. The whole notion is simply a brilliant marketing scam. So don’t fall for it.
Fat in certain parts of the body such as the belly or the rear end cannot be targeted either by diet or exercise. The body will burn fat as it will, but there is no way to target a certain area. Muscles can be built up in a certain area, but that is a different story.
Avocados are obviously very healthy for you and contain many nutrients and vitamins. But eating avocado will not help you to reduce your weight or belt size.
The only way to burn belly fat is to consume fewer calories than your body burns. You can do that by either exercising to increase calorie burn, or reducing food intake in your diet.
